Renato DiPentima elected to Altegrity, Inc., Board of Directors
NEW YORK, NY, March 1, 2010— Renato (Renny) A. DiPentima has been elected to the Altegrity, Inc. Board of Directors, a Providence Equity Partners portfolio company that provides investigative, security, and training services to federal government and commercial clients. Mr. DiPentima also serves as a senior advisor for Providence in the area of new investments in the government information services sector.
Mr. DiPentima is the former president, chief executive officer, and board director of SRA International, Inc. He brings a combination of government and private sector expertise to the Altegrity board, having served for 30 years in the federal government before spending 13 years with SRA. During Mr. DiPentima’s tenure at SRA, the company grew from just over $100 million to more than $1.2 billion in revenue and became a leading provider of information technology services and solutions throughout the federal government with special expertise in the national security, intelligence, and health care sectors.
