USIS CEO Bill Mixon to moderate insourcing topic at PSC conference in Arizona
FALLS CHURCH, Va., March 19, 2010 - USIS President and CEO William “Bill” Mixon will moderate a panel discussion on insourcing at 11 a.m. Monday, March 22, at the Professional Services Council (PSC) conference. The discussion, “Insourcing: The View from the Services,” will explore how the different military branches look at insourcing and if they are moving in that direction. Mr. Mixon will lead the panelists who include: Robert M. Griffin, Jr., Assistant Commander for Acquisition, Naval Facilities Engineering Command ; John Nerger, Executive Director, Army Installations Management Command ; Jim Holland, Deputy for Installation Policy, Office of The Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Installations; and Nancy M. Heimbaugh, Director, J-7 Acquisition Management, Defense Logistics Agency.
