Altegrity HireRight Business Acquires Powerchex, a Leading UK-based Screening Provider
FALLS CHURCH, Va., June 23, 2010 –
Altegrity, Inc.—the global screening, risk management, and security solutions provider—announced today that its
HireRight. Inc. business, a leader in on-demand employment background and drug screening, closed its acquisition of Powerchex Limited, a leading pre-employment screening firm based in the United Kingdom. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
