ARI Chairman William Bratton participating in ‘homegrown terrorism’ panel discussion

NEW YORK, NY, July 6, 2010 – Altegrity Risk International (ARI) Chairman William Bratton, the only person to have led the police departments in New York City, Los Angeles, and Boston, will participate in a panel discussion on domestic radicalization and homegrown terrorism on July 14, 2010, at the Center for American Progress (CAP) in Washington, D.C. As chief of police in Los Angeles, Mr. Bratton led the development of an anti-terrorism information fusion center, one of the first of its kind in the U.S.

CAP, which was founded in 2003 to provide long-term leadership and support to the progressive movement, is co-sponsoring the morning session with the National Security Network, an organization founded in 2006 to develop innovative national security solutions that are both pragmatic and principled. Remarks by Rep. Keith Ellison of Minnesota will precede the panel discussion.
